• Professional Data: Employment history, educational background, certifications, technical project details, language fluencies, and core skills.
• Usage Logs: Anonymized analytics records of profile views, PDF downloads, and outbound link clicks to measure portfolio reach.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to deliver and optimize our services:

• To compile and display your public professional digital identity route (`/u/[username]`).
• To generate downloadable, standardized resume PDFs based on your profile inputs.
• To verify connected professional identities (such as GitHub profile links).
• To display view analytics statistics on your dashboard.

3. Public Visibility & Sharing

By default, you control the visibility parameters of your KnextID profile. You can toggle your profile visibility between public and private at any time in your Settings. When public:

• Your profile content is accessible to anyone visiting your unique link.
• Your public profile page is indexed by search engines to optimize your career discoverability.

4. Data Security & Storage

Your records are stored in secure cloud databases using Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Access is strictly limited so that only you, the authenticated account owner, can write, edit, or delete your underlying records.

5. Your Data Rights

You retain complete ownership over your professional identity data. You have the right to modify any profile entry, export your records, or permanently delete your account at any time via your Settings panel.

1. Acceptable Use & Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete professional details when setting up your profile. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions associated with your account identifier.

2. Content & Code of Conduct

You retain intellectual property ownership over all resumes, projects, and work experiences you input on KnextID. However, you agree to not upload or submit any professional records that:

• Are deliberately fraudulent, misleading, or plagiarized.
• Infringe upon the copyright, trade secret, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Contain harmful software, code exploits, or malicious links.

3. Verified Digital Routes

Claimed custom URLs (e.g. `/u/username`) are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. KnextID reserves the right to reclaim or rename custom URL routes if they infringe on registered trademarks, represent identity theft, or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Service Limitations & Liability

KnextID provides professional digital portfolio hosting and resume PDF generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. We make no guarantees regarding permanent server uptime or search engine ranking outcomes.

In no event shall KnextID or Softrover be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or PDF resume engine.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate these terms at any time by deleting your account from your dashboard.
